Frequently Asked Questions
CAN I BRING MY OWN PAINTBALLS ?
Just like you can’t take food to a restaurant, you cannot bring your own paintballs to the site. You can only use paintballs issued by our staff on the day of your event.
HOW MANY PAINTBALLS WILL I NEED ?
There is no way of knowing how many paintballs any individual will use, as it depends on how trigger happy you are. It is entirely up to each person how much they want to spent.
CAN WE BRING ALCOHOL TO THE PAINTBALL SITE ?
No alcohol is not permitted on site. Any players who have been drinking will be excluded from the games and asked to leave the site.
DO I NEED TO FILL OUT A DISCLAIMER FORM ?
All players are required to read and sign a disclaimer form before they begin to play.
I’M NOT SURE HOW MANY PLAYERS I HAVE, BUT I WANT TO BOOK NOW SO THAT I DON’T MISS OUT ON THE DATE I WANT, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
You can make booking now for the players that you have confirmed. You can then add additional players onto your booking up until a few days before your event, provided that the deposit has reached our office. Your choosen date will only be confirmed against a deposit.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ?
The games go ahead regardless. The games are outdoors, but there is a sheltered area in the site where you can go between games.
WHAT TIMES CAN WE PLAY ?
Normally we have three sessions : first session starting at 09.45hrs , second session starts at 12.15hrs and last session starts at 14.30hrs. You can also book more than one session on the date choosen by you. We advise players to arrive 20 minutes before to kit up, sign disclaimer form and be ready for the safety briefing.
WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR GROUP HAVE TO CANCEL THE GAME A DAY BEFORE ?
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, deposits can be carried forward and used for a future visit.
CAN I BRING MY OWN PAINTBALL EQUIPMENT ?
You can bring your own equipment to the site but it is always at the discretion of the site manager whether you can use it. You can bring your own goggles, provided they are designed for paintball games and have not been modified in any way.
